Refund policy
At Robotic Pool Cleaner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. HAZDEBI LLC is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Item If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at simoarbitre123@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, items with missing parts not caused by our error, or returns requested after the 30-day window.
