Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times

United States:

  • Shipping time: 5–10 business days
  • Estimated total: 6–13 business days from order date

United Kingdom:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 6–12 business days
  • Estimated total: 7–15 business days from order date

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and the United Kingdom. No minimum order value required.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

Customs and Import Duties For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by HAZDEBI LLC. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

We will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. HAZDEBI LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. HAZDEBI LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
